1. What this is

APESONUS is a music app for crypto culture. The songs are about what the market did to you, performed by characters we write. You get a couple of free plays a day. Past that, playing a track costs a Spin.

Things in here change. Features open, close, get put away for a season and come back different. We decide what is running and when, and we are under no obligation to keep anything the way you found it.

2. Who can use it

You have to be 18 or older. Whether you are allowed to take part also depends on the law where you are sitting, and working that out is your job rather than ours. We can limit or refuse access in any territory, including yours, and we do not have to explain why.

3. Spins

Spins play tracks once your free plays are gone. You buy them with the token shown on the purchase screen, on Solana. The price of a pack is set in dollars and the token amount you owe is worked out at the market rate when you open the order, then held for a few minutes while you pay. Send a different amount and it will not match your order.

Read this part properly, because it is the one people later claim they missed. Spins have no cash value. They are not money and they are not an investment. Once a Spin is spent it is gone, and spent Spins are not refunded. We also limit how fast you can burn through them, deliberately.

4. Embers and Heat

Every paid play mints one Ember. Embers cannot be bought, only earned by playing, and they never reset. Heat is your daily streak, and it shows that you keep turning up.

What do Embers get you? We will say so in writing when we decide, and until we do, the honest answer is nothing. They are a standing score. They carry no cash value, no ownership of anything, no claim on future value, and no promise that a future arrives at all. If that reads as a disappointment, you have understood it correctly.

5. Sharing

Share the app with whoever you like. Nobody pays you for it and nobody takes a cut of you. We run no commission and no referral programme of any kind. A fuller room makes a bigger pot, and that is the whole of what bringing people gets you. This is not a job and it is not an income opportunity.

6. The Call

The Call is a daily contest of skill. You call tomorrow's five most played tracks in exact order, entry costs a fixed number of Spins, and the play counts stay hidden until it settles. You are graded down five rungs and paid at the highest one you land. When nobody lands the top rung, it rolls into the next day.

Both pay real prizes. Each prize pool is a published share of the money confirmed that day, so nothing pays out that did not come in first. Those shares can change, and the ones in force are shown on the pages themselves.

Other features are put away for now. When one opens, its rules apply from the moment it opens, and being closed today is no promise it opens tomorrow.

7. What has cash value, and what doesn't

Spins, Embers, Heat, badges and standings are in-app features. They have no cash value, they cannot be sold or transferred, and nothing turns them back into money. None of them is a security, none gives you a piece of the company, and none carries a right to profit or a reasonable expectation of anything beyond songs.

Prizes are the exception. Winnings from The Call are held as a dollar balance and paid out in USDC on Solana. You can withdraw once you are past the minimum shown in the app. Winning mints no Embers and moves no standing, because Embers only ever come from Spins you paid for.

Withdrawals go into a queue we settle by hand. You give us the wallet address, we send the payment, and the transaction is recorded so you can check that it landed rather than take our word for it. A wrong address cannot be undone and we cannot recover it. We may hold a payout while we look into an account under section 9.

8. Payments and tokens

The app takes payment in USDC on Solana and pays prizes in USDC on Solana. APESONUS has no token of its own today. If you see a coin trading under our name, it is not ours and we had nothing to do with it.

If we ever launch one, we will publish the contract address ourselves and the only addresses worth trusting are the ones we publish. Nothing in the app would convert into it: no Spin, no Ember and no badge carries a right to receive one, and anything we chose to give away would be a gift at our discretion and owed to nobody.

9. Don't farm it

Bots, scripted plays, extra accounts and any other scheme to inflate plays, Embers or prizes are all out. This whole thing is built on receipts, which means we can see the lot, and we check. Get caught and your Embers go, any prize balance is forfeited, credited Spins are reversed, and your account is closed without a conversation.

10. Changes

The app moves and so do these terms. Keep using it and you accept the current version. Questions go through the app. Complaints can go in a REKT playlist along with everyone else's.
